Council of Catholic Women
Council of Catholic Women of Epiphany of Our Lord parish welcomes women ages 18 + to participate. Members of the Council of Catholic Women focus on its mission which is spiritual renewal, fundraising, and social events throughout the year. The Council’s bi-monthly meetings and activities provide opportunities to meet new people, renew friendships, and participate in the vibrant life of Epiphany of Our Lord parish.

Members of the Council are women who enjoy each other’s company while adding to the strength of our parish. Participation in the Council of Catholic Women provides opportunities for developing social relationships while pursuing individual interests and talents. The Council of Catholic Women’s activities includes meetings, social afternoon events, annual fundraisers: Junk in the Trunk, Small Business Sunday, Epiphany Ball, Pennies for Semmies and combined events with other parish groups.

"Prayers & Cents for Sister," Help for Young Women Entering Religious Life

Because of your generosity, the CCW was able to raise $1240.00!
THANK YOU everyone for contributing to Cents for Sisters!

This Advent the Council of Catholic Women (CCW) at Epiphany of Our Lord is asking you to participate in "Cents for Sisters."
This fundraiser, will officially kick-off  December 1 and run until the end of Advent, December 24. Small donation boxes are available at the back of the church. If you missed out on the boxes, you can still participate by collecting change in any receptacle and bringing it to church December 24 and 25.

Young women face many hurdles and expenses in their journey to a religious life. We want to help support the young women at Epiphany of Our Lord to meet these challenges.

So, here is how you can help...
  1. Pray for these women and all others who are facing the same challenges.
  2. Pickup a donation box after mass and deposit your loose change each day. Encourage children of all ages to participate as a good deed during Advent.
  3. Make a check donation to The Ladies Guild (note in the memo section of the check “Cents for Sisters”) and send your donation via mail to:
          Epiphany Council of Catholic Women
C/O Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church
           2510 E. Hanna Avenue
          Tampa, Florida  33610

This truly is a new arena for religious communities to become involved and we believe, with the increase in numbers of God-seeking young men and women in our Church today, they will need our help even more.

Server Appreciation Day

The Council of Catholic Women at Epiphany of Our Lord parish was pleased to participate in this years’ SERVER APPRECIATION DAY. The Council presented each of our dedicated servers with a “Thank You” gift bag, as well as helped to make and serve up a tasty lunch to our hungry young servers. It was our small way to say “Thank You” to each young man who has dedicated their time to the celebration of the Traditional Latin Mass at our parish of Epiphany. We feel very blessed to have each of them as our servers.
